ShareHouse invites you into Next Wave's home, Brunswick Mechanics Institute, for community-led workshops, performances, and conversations.
Under the guidance of our Young Artistic Director, Banda, Saturday will feature lunch catered by sogobri and a panel talk exploring the relationship between artists and community. Followed by a collaborative reflective writing workshop with facilitator Adele D'Souza.

The A Rising Tide/the Young Artistic Directorate Program is generously supported by VicHealth through their Future Healthy initiatives.
Next Wave started as a gathering for young people in 1984, and the story comes full circle in 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: 50% of all profits will be donated towards 'Baluk Arts', an Aboriginal owned and led community arts centre and gallery, the only of its kind in the southeast of the state.

- Face masks, hand sanitiser and ear plugs will be available at the bar and we will have one air purifier in each space.
- There is ramp access to the Brunswick Mechanics Institute. Inside the venue is step-free and has accessible bathrooms.
